Register Organization

1. Navigate to Act on POSH home page.
2. Click on Create Organization button located on the home screen.
3. Fill up the form and click Register button located at the bottom of the page.
4. An OTP will be sent to your email and phone to verify your given email and phone number.
5. After verifying your phone and email you have to set username and password and click on continue
6. Our sales team will contact you. Check your mail for further updates.
What to do after registering ?

1. You will get a link/QR in your email for further process.
2. The link/QR we sent on your email will navigate you to a posh page to generate your keys.
3. Click the generate button, keys will be generated.
4. Click on the download button to download your keys (keys are very important, save it for securing your account).
5. Click the continue button, and accept the privacy policy to continue.
6. Set up a 4 digit pin for your future login purpose.
Set Up ICC

After setting up your 4 digit pin
1. Click on the Setup your ICC button, you will be navigated to a form page.
2. Fill up the page by giving the required documents and fields.
3. You can add a new internal member by clicking add internal member located at the bottom of the screen.
4. After you fill up the necessary fields, press the save button located at the bottom of the screen.
5. You will get a popup screen showing necessary documents to download, for organization purposes.
6. Click Continue to dashboard button, setup completed.
Manage Members

Go to the dashboard and you can see a manage button located right to the Members title.
1. Click on the Manage button, and you will be navigated to a page Containing details of members. You can edit or delete members in this screen.
2. You can add members by clicking the add button located right next to the Members title.
3. You will be navigated to a form page of a new internal member.you can add more internal members by clicking the add button locateds at the bottom of the screen.
4. Click the save button to save the updates.
Documents

You can download the necessary documents from the docs page. The documents are,

Profile

You can view and edit your details by navigating to the profile page.
1 : Verify your details by clicking the verify button near the fields.
2 : Add email and phone by clicking the “+” button near the fields.
3 : Change password by clicking the change password link.
4 : Change the pin by clicking the change pin link.

Members

Member Registration

After organization updated your details, you will get an email regarding your registration
1. Use the link/QR from your mail, it will navigate you to a page to set up your username and password.
2. Click on the Continue button, you will be navigated to a page to generate your keys.
3. Click on the generate button, after keys are generated, download and save it for future purposes (keys are very important, save it for securing your account).
4. Click on the continue button and accept the privacy policy to continue.
5. Set up a 4 digit pin for future login purposes.
6. Click continue, you will be navigated to your dashboard..
Complaints

Complaints registered by complainees will be shown in the complaints tab.
1. You can make the complaint a case if necessary by clicking the take action button in the complaint card and filling the form and downloading the notice.
2. You can Register a complaint by clicking the Register a complaint button right next to your organization name.
3. Clicking the button will navigate you to a page to upload the complaint as a document or write the complaint in the text field.
4. Click next and add evidence and witness.
5. Click next and add respondents.
6. Click next and add Incident details.
7. Select members and click the send button.
8. Complaint registered successfully.
9. Click done, you will be navigated to the complaints tab in the dashboard.
Cases

Complaints converted into cases are listed in the cases tab.
1. Click on the case details button in the case card.
2. You will be navigated to case details page contains 3 tabs (complaint, actions & Mailing).
3. Status of the case will be shown at the bottom of the page.
4. Action tab contains the actions taken to the case. You can add the action by clicking the add action button.
5. Mailing tab is the conversation between members. You can create a post by clicking the create post button.
6. Select the member and fill the fields to send the post.
Profile

Complainee

Register a complaint

1. Click the “Register a complaint ” button located at the topbar of the homepage.
2. Fill the field in the form and click Register.
3. OTP will be sent to your given email and phone number, enter the otp and press continue.
4. Setup your username and password and click continue.
5. you will be navigated to a page for generating keys.
6. Click the generate key button and download the key (keys are very important, save it for securing your account ) and click the continue button.
7. Accept the privacy policy and continue.
8. Set Up a 4 digit pin for future login purposes.
9. Your account has been created successfully, click the register a complaint button to register your complaint.
10. Choose the type of complaint, if you are registering a complaint for somebody else fill up the field and click continue.
11. Search and select the organization.
12. Type in or upload your complaint and click next
13. Add evidences and witness and click next
14. Add respondents and click next
15. Add incident details and click next.
16. Select members and click send.
17. Complaint registered successfully.Click done and you will be navigated to the dashboard
Profile

Respondant

Respond to a complaint

You will receive an email if any complaint is registered against you.
1. Use the link/QR and navigate to respondent page
2. Click on the Respond Now button located at the bottom of the screen.
3. Fill up the form and click the Register button located at the bottom of the page.
4. An OTP will be sent to your email and phone to verify your given email and phone number.
5. After verifying your phone and email you have to set username and password and click continue
6. You will be navigated to a page for generating keys.
7. Click the generate key button and download the key (keys are very important, save it for securing your account ) and click the continue button.
8. Accept the privacy policy and continue.
9. Set Up a 4 digit pin for future login purposes.
10. Your account has been created successfully, you will be navigated to your dashboard.
11. Click the “respond” button in the complaint card to respond to corresponding complaint.
12. Click the create response button and type in or upload your response.
13. Upload evidence and add witness and click next
14. Select Members and click send.
15. Response send successfully, you can download the response as a PDF format.
Profile
